How to Renew Your Membership

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL emails were sent out on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, alerting current members that their membership account will expire in 45 days.

Here are some points to remember:

·        Only the primary member received this email. The second person and additional members must be renewed through this primary account.

·        When the primary member clicks on the link in the notice email, it will take the member to the RCRI home page.

·        Sign in and select Manage Profile.

·        Review all of the information for the primary and the secondary member for accuracy.

·        Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.

·        On the next screen, click to RENEW your membership.

·        Next you will be asked how you wish to pay for your renewal.

·        You can select either:

1. Check or money order - you will then be allowed to access your invoice. Please print the invoice and remit it with your check or money order to the address shown thereon.

2. Credit Card - you will enter your credit card information and click  SUBMIT.

If you have additional members to renew, you can accomplish this through the Online Store. Go to the Services menu at the top of the page and the drop down menu will include a link to the Online Store.
