Subscriptions
|
The Legal Resource Center for Religious joined with NATRI to become the Resource Center for Religious Institutes on January 1, 2009. Like before, our new organization will be sustained by subscription/service fees that entitle members to publications and access to consultation services. In addition subscribers are entitled to discounted rates for national conferences and smaller workshops, and for in person consultation for their institutes. There is a primary enrollment for the Religious Institute and the Professional Offices. Subsequent enrollments are 'Additional' and have a reduced rate. Institutes which are currently members of NATRI or LRCR, but not both, will pay a reduced fee to join the new organization.
Registration & Fees
The subscription year is from January 1st to December 31st.
The following rates are in effect for 2010:

* A subscription is intended for the use by each province, institute, society, professional office or other organization that has an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Additional subscriptions are only available as a second subscription to an Institute or Professional Office.
Regular Subscription
The Regular Subscription is $960.00 for 2010. Any member of a subscribing organization has access to the following benefits:
• Staff availability - by phone or e-mail for information and consultation on specific issues and concerns.
• In depth consultation or presentations - Subscribers received a special discount on the fee for staff consultations or presentations at a subscriber's location.
• The Legal Bulletin - annual publication with in-depth information on specific areas of legal interest
• In Brief - a quarterly electronic publication on legal issues of interest to religious institutes and their professional associates
• Taxes Notebook - a practical "how-to" summary of income tax law prepared specifically for religious institutes
• Government Programs Resource - a practical "how-to" summary government programs for religious institutes. Including sections on Social Security, Medicare, SSI, Medicaid, and other programs.
• Legal Seminar and Workshops - Discounted rate for the annual seminar and workshops. The Legal Seminar provides Religious Communities and their professional advisors with ongoing education in relevant areas of civil and canon law.
• Web site access to Subscriber-only sections of the web site
Additional Subscription
The 2010 subscription rate for additional subscriptions is $250.00. Regular subscribers can have additional subscriptions at this rate, enabling them to receive additional copies of LRCR publications. All the above listed benefits are available to the additional subscriber.
