Brief Description of the Content

Many Catholic employers have employee benefit plans that have long been classified as "church plans." With this status under fire and a Supreme Court decision expected any day, what happens if your plan is suddenly determined to NOT be a church plan and thus subject to ERISA? What do you know about the expectations and regulations to which your plans will be subjected if church plans are narrowly defined by the Supreme Court? Join us for this important presentation that will provide an overview of the reporting provisions, disclosure requirements, and fiduciary duty aspects of ERISA.
