The Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI)
 
Established in 2009 by the joining of the Legal Resource Center for Religious (LRCR) and the National Association for Treasurers of Religious Institutes (NATRI), RCRI is a national non-profit organization created to serve the needs of Catholic religious institutes and societies of apostolic life of women and men. RCRI’s professional staff offers advice and provides resources for the leaders and administrators of hundreds of member religious institutes and societies. For over 45 years, RCRI or its predecessor organizations have helped navigate the many complexities related to canonical governance structures, temporal goods, taxes and tax-exemption, corporate structure, finance, administration, requirements and processes of canon law and civil law.
 
RCRI’s mission states:
 
The Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) serves its member institutes by providing integrated education, advocacy, consultation and collaborative initiatives to support religious institutes in meeting their current and emerging stewardship responsibilities.
