General Information
The Resource Center for Religious Institutes is sustained primarily by subscription fees that entitle members to our publications, consultation services, and other membership benefits. In addition, members are entitled to discounted rates
for national conferences, smaller workshops, and in-person consultations for their institutes. There is a primary enrollment for the Religious Institute when an institute becomes a member. A second person can be named on the account at
no additional cost. Subsequent enrollments for individual members of the Religious Institute are 'Additional Members' and have a reduced rate. They are entitled to their own username and password for the website, and can also sign up for
webinars, even when we limit enrollment to one from each institute.

Registration & Fees
The subscription year is from January 1st to December 31st. The following rates for 2025 are in effect.

* A subscription is intended for the use by each province, institute, society, monastery, professional office or other organization. Sometimes this is identified by the Employer Identification Number (EIN), but on occasion there are other
parameters that are used to determine who is entitled to services and benefits under a single membership. Additional subscriptions are only available as extra subscriptions to an Institute. Additional subscribers cannot stand alone.
Regular Subscription
The Regular Subscription is $800 for calendar year 2025. Any member of the Religious Institute and its employees have access to the following benefits:

RCRI staff availability - by phone or e-mail for information and consultation on specific issues and concerns. Note that on rare occasions, individual members themselves are not able to use this service if their personal
interest is in direct conflict with that of leadership. This could arise when leadership of one of our subscribing organizations is seeking to dismiss or penalize a member and that member calls us to ask for representation. We
will notify the member of a conflict of interest as soon as it is known to us.

In depth consultation or presentations - Subscribers received a special discount on the fee for staff consultations or presentations at a subscriber's location.

The RCRI Bulletin - bi-annual publication with in-depth information and articles on specific areas of legal and/or financial interest

News In Brief - a quarterly electronic publication on legal and financial issues of interest to religious institutes and their professional associates

Taxes Notebook - a practical "how-to" summary of various aspects of tax law as it relates to religious institutes, updated electronically annually

National Conference and Workshops - Discounted rate for the RCRI annual conference and workshops. The National Conference provides Religious Institutes and their professional advisors with ongoing education in relevant areas of
civil and canon law and finance. Attorneys may be able to qualify for CLE credits, and other professionals for CPE credits.

Website access to Subscriber-only sections of the website

Webinars - monthly webinars are free to our subscribers and additional subscribers and are accessible online for playback at a later time by members.
Additional Subscription
The 2025 subscription rate for additional subscriptions is $300. Regular member institutes can have additional subscriptions at this rate, enabling them to receive all notifications with regard to publications and the other benefits listed
above.

New Members
If you are a member of a religious institute that is not currently a member and wish to join, please email our Membership Coordinator, Sabrina Hidalgo at shidalgo@trcri.org for a new member form.
